    Abstract/Description
    During the potato harvesting season, supply is often high while prices are low, yet potatoes are perishable and prone to quality loss from excess heat, exposure to light, pests, and diseases. With proper ware potato storage, farmers able to hold their produce until such a time when the prices are better.
