CCAFS Monitoring and Evaluation Strategy

Abstract

This document outlines how the CGIAR Research Program on Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security (CCAFS) should work on monitoring and evaluation, outlining a strategy for the work. The Monitoring and Evaluation Strategy is structured into three main sections: Goals and Objectives; Theoretical Framework and Thinking and Monitoring and Evaluation Elements.
