Training course for librarians and information officers 7-18 September 1987 - Oxford CAB International is once again hosting this successful course designed for librarians and information officers in developing countries. The programme consists of intensive lectures and practical sessions. Proposed subjects include: the role of information in agriculture, abstracting and indexing and the role of information specialists. The course will take place at St. Anne's College, Oxford, England. The cost will be 795 UKL to include full board and travel costs of organized visits. Funding agencies that can be contacted to cover these fees are listed in the CABI brochure. Early application is advised as a request generally takes three months to process.
