Notes
In October 1989 the IBSRAM's (International Board for Soil Research and Management) Information Services (IBSRIS) published the first issue of 'Soil Management Abstracts'.
The major purpose of this journal, to be published quarterly, is to keep IBSRAM cooperators and other scientists in developing countries abreast of up-to-date publications relevant to their work on soil management, notably on the rnanagement of acid tropical soils, vertisols, sloping lands and topics related to land development issues. Each issue will contain about one hundred abstracts, and IBSRIS would welcome suggestions as to which papers might be included.
