With these words in his preface, Roger Clarke, Jamaica's Minister of Agriculture, hits the nail right on the head. What better way is there to promote a nation's agricultural sector and healthy food for its population than by publishing a cook book? The recipes look and are tasty (our editor can attest to that!) and the book is graphically attractive, as one would expect from a recipe book.
