Un atelier sur la rédaction de demandes de financement pour des projets de recherche agricole a été organisé au Centre malgache de recherche FOFIFA à Antananarivo, en décembre 1999. Il a réuni 12 experts du Burundi, du Congo (RD), de Madagascar et du Rwanda, immédiatement après la réalisation d’un atelier similaire pour les anglophones à Nairobi. Les co-organisateurs, l’ECAPAPA et le CTA, prévoient d’éditer le matériel pédagogique utilisé lors de ces formations sous forme de manuel. De plus amples informations seront fournies dans un prochain numéro de Spore.
