Abstract/Description
The emphasis on radio as an effective means of communication is due to the fact that radio will continue
to provide the coverage, penetration, reach, reception and promote effective socio-economic development.
Notes
Rural radio production is an ongoing training that IRETA has conducted over the years. The emphasis on radio as an effective means of communication as according to the Director IRETA, Mohammed Umar is due to the fact that radio will continue
to provide the coverage (through radio ownership), penetration (its use) reach (reception) listenership and promote effective socio-economic development of our island nations.
