Abstract/Description
This book draws on the Farmer First Revisited workshop at IDS, UK in 2007, where the participants included development practitioners, farmer-leaders, social scientists and private-sector representatives. The workshop focused on agricultural innovation in the context of globalisation and the growing trend towards public-private systems and away from national public sector systems.
