Summary of proceedings of the fourth meeting of the CGIAR Finance Committee, September 15-16, 1994. The Committee reviewed the status of the 1994 Stabilization Program, funding requirements for 1995, and the operational implications of the proposed new financing arrangements.Annexes include a summary of estimated funding for 1994, and of support for the 1994 research agenda from the World Bank and other donors.
