Specific Protocol of Agreement for the Study of Apomixis between Institute Francaise de Recherche Scientifique pour le Developpement en Cooperation (ORSTOM) and CIMMYT (French)

Abstract

Agreement between ORSTOM and CIMMYT made October 1, 1997 in Mexico. It is a continuation of the orginal agreement signed May 31, 1994. Agreement is in French and aims at the cooperation in developing a research project entitled, "ORSTOM-CIMMYT Apomixis Project: Equity in Access to Hybrid Vigor for Resource Poor Farmers." Attached is Appendix II which summarizes the transfer from ORSTOM to CIMMYT a share in the ownership of Patent No. 97.01821.
