Programmatic recommendations included reconsideration of the exclusion of drier areas from the research, maintaining attention to small ruminants, and extending research on trypanotolerance.Agenda document at TAC 58, and the CGIAR meeting in October 1992. The review was also considered in connection with the discussion of livestock priorities at the CGIAR meeting in May 1993.
