Abstract/Description
Starting in August 2012, the CGIAR Gender & Diversity Program will no longer exist as we know it. As part of the CGIAR’s reform, all previous system-wide programs, including G&D, will be folded into the new CGIAR Consortium Office in Montpellier, France. Importantly, the workplace issues of gender and diversity are included in the Consortium’s new gender strategy. It is an opportunity for new leadership, energy, and approaches.
