Reports of subcommittees reflect new terms of reference for PARC and CDC financial support to the PAA, Plant Genetic Resources and the negotiations with FAO, CSE and the number of different initiatives undertaken including a position paper on Soil, Water and Nutrient Management Research, Sub-Saharan Africa and discussions with NARS Directors.
