    Abstract/Description
    Report of a consulting firm commissioned by PARC to assess the feasibility of and initiate planning for a worldwide fundraising appeal on behalf of the CGIAR.It was considered by the Study Panel on the CGIAR's Long-Term Governance and Financing Structure, and at the Fourth Meeting of the CGIAR Finance Committee. The report was discussed at CGIAR International Centers Week in October 1994.The Downes Ryan proposal in the report to set up a CGIAR Foundation was discussed at a meeting of PARC in October 1994.
