Abstract/Description
Summary of actions taken by ILCA, underway, or pending in response to the recommendations of the 1986 external management review (EMR) of the center. The document was submitted by ILCA to the CGIAR Secretariat and transmitted by Executive Secretary Curtis Farrar to CGIAR Chairman W. David Hopper. Farrar's letter said that the management concerns identified by the EMR had been adequately addressed by ILCA, and made no recommendation for follow-up action by the CGIAR.
