    News release discussing Cambodia's food shortages and Mr. Glenn Denning's news conference on the topic. The news conference is to be held May 30, 1989, during the CGIAR's annual mid-term meeting in Canberra, Australia. Mr. Glenn Denning, an IRRI scientist, is working with a $ 4 million grant from the government of Australia to strengthen Indochinese rice research and extension programs.
