    Abstract/Description
    This strategy was drafted at the request of the Public Affairs and Resource Mobilization Committee of the CGIAR.This paper offers a brief description of the current external and internal environments in which the CGIAR operates; describes roles, responsibilities and competencies of key resource mobilization and communications participants; defines key objectives; and finally describes broad implementation strategies together with deliverables and outcomes. The recommended strategies relate only to issue of systemwide or inter-center significance. These activities are intended to be complimentary to individual Centers RM&C strategies.
