Announcement issued out of CGIAR International Centers Week 1994 reporting the stabilizaiton of CGIAR finances in 1994 and 1995 and the signing of the CGIAR-FAO Agreement on Plant Genetic Resources, under which CGIAR genebanks would be brought under the auspices of the FAO's Commission on Plant Genetic Resources.
