Abstract/Description
Letter dated August 8, 1995 from CGIAR Chairman Ismail Serageldin to heads of delegation to the CGIAR, appealing to members to expedite financing of the US$ 299 million 1996 research agenda approved at the 1996 Mid Term Meeting. The Chairman affirmed the World Bank's commitment to provide 15 percent of CGIAR funding once those funds were received.
