    Memorandum of understanding between IBPGR and CAAS signed September 8, 1988 in Beijing, China. MOU establishes scientific collaboration and the IBPGR office for East Asia in Beijing. MOU outlines the collaboration in specific research activities, functions of the IBPGR office, and responsibilities of the two entities. MOU is in English.
