    Memorandum of understanding between IIMI and le Centre National du Machinisme Agricole, du Genie Rural, Des Eaux et Forets, France signed on August 26, 1988. MOU establishes collaborative agreement on the implementation of the Simulation Model of Kirindi Oya Right Bank Main Canal. MOU is signed by Yves Le Bars for CEMAGREF and Roberto Lenton for IIMI. MOU is in English and contains eleven sections and five annexes.
