This document presents the 2025 Plan of Results and Budget (PORB) for the Sustainable Animal and Aquatic Foods Program. It provides aggregated costing information for planned High-Level Outputs (HLOs) by Area of Work (AoW), along with Cross-Cutting and Management components. It also outlines the implementation timelines for both HLOs and Outcomes, as articulated in the updated Theory of Change (ToC). Additionally, the PORB highlights the intervention geographies, key partners, and mapped Centres W3/Bilateral projects. Red seaweed plot at Nuniarchora, Cox Bazar, Bangladesh. We facilitate stakeholder engagement to validate models for scaling producer-led innovations based on pioneer positive deviance. For SAAF, we include new sites in pastoral areas of Ethiopia, that will enrich the debate on co-design of country sprecific methodologies fo PPD for Ethiopia, which is also a focus on CASP, however there we emphasis locally-led climate action specifically, while in SAAF we take a more integrated approach working with One Health, Gender and Feed and Forage.
