This document presents the 2025 Plan of Results and Budget (PORB) for the Breeding for Tomorrow Program. It provides aggregated costing information for planned High-Level Outputs (HLOs) by Area of Work (AoW), along with Cross- Cutting and Management components. It also outlines the implementation timelines for both HLOs and Outcomes, as articulated in the updated Theory of Change (ToC). Additionally, the PORB highlights the intervention geographies, key partners, and mapped Centres W3/Bilateral projects.
