Memorandum of understanding between Iran and ICRISAT signed at Patancheru, India on April 25, 1990. This agreement establishes collaborative research for the improvement on Iranian agriculture. Agreement signed by Hassan Towfighi, Deputy Minister for Research Affairs for Iran and L. D. Swindale for ICRISAT. Agreement is in English and contains seven articles.
