Abstract/Description
5Q is a tool to close the feedback loops between farmers, project implementers, extension agents and donors. This project is conducted in Lushoto, Tanzania, by the International Centre for Tropical Agriculture (CIAT) and funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation as part of the Grand Challenges (grant) Program.
