Memorandum of Agreement between the Southern African Center for Cooperation in Agricultural Research and the International Crops Research Institute for Semi-Arid Tropics

Memorandum of agreement between SACCAR and ICRISAT signed August 2, 1990. This agreement establishes that ICRISAT undertake research, development, and training programs from the regional central base in Matopos, Zimbabwe for the improvement of production and utilization of Sorghum and Millets in the region. Agreement is in English and contains eight articles.
