Memorandum of Understanding between the N.I. Vavilov Institute of Plant Industry and the International Board for Plant Genetic Resources on the Establishment of a Collaborative Programme

Memorandum of understanding between LENINGRAD and IBPGR signed at Leningrad, Russia on June 4, 1990. MOU establishes collaborative research on plant genetic resources that could include taxonomic studies of selected taxa, biosystematic studies of selected taxa where information is lacking, and investigation of the status for individual species. MOU is in Russian and contains sixteen articles.
