GCARD 3 Process: Principles and Implementation ideas

GCARD3 is the third Global Conference on Agricultural Research for Development. It has been conceptualised -and is being planned and implemented- as a longer term engagement process which will provide a variety of opportunities for interaction with diverse groups of stakeholders to positively influence the direction and activities of international research for development over the next ten years.
