Abstract/Description

Comments of TAC and of the IBPGR on the Quinquennial Review of IBPGR conducted in 1980. The review report itself appears in another record. The IBPGR comments are in the form of notes on a meeting between the TAC Chairman, Ralph W. Cummings, TAC Member Mohammed Zehni, and the Executive Committee of the IBPGR on May 6, 1980, supplemented by a part of the record of the IBPGR meeting of March 4-7, 1980.TAC discussed the review at TAC 23, and prepared its comments at TAC 24, when the IBPGR input was available. The CGIAR considered the review at its meeting in October 1980.
