Abstract/Description
This proposal was discussed at the the 3rd Fund Council Meeting in November 2010. The CRP7 proposal (program and total budget) was approved. Disbursement of funds would follow approval of a revised version of the proposal document which takes into consideration points described in the Fund Council meeting summary.The revised proposal is expected to be submitted by Jan 15, 2011 and will be circulated to members of the FC for virtual decision.
