Abstract/Description
Encouragement designs can be used to evaluate impacts of programs whereby it is difficult to restrict the control group from having access. This is very relevant for climate information services delivered through mass media. This presentation provides an example of how to use an encouragement design to evaluate climate information delivered through Munda Make Over.
