Research Reinforcement in Aquaculture for Countries of South and Southeast Asia: Report of the IDRC Mission

Report addressed to TAC and SEAFDEC of an IDRC-organized consultant mission to South and Southeast Asia. The mission, chaired by Sir Charles Pereira, was charged with appraising aquaculture research programs in the region and with recommending a program of research for international funding consistent with the policies and methods of the CGIAR.
