Minutes of the Public Awareness and Resource Mobilization Committee (PARC) Meeting, October 18, 1994

Report of the meeting of the Public Awareness and Resource Mobilization Committee (PARC) held the week prior to CGIAR International Centers Week, October 1994. The meeting's agenda included completing work on the Public Awareness and Resource Mobilization strategy paper, establishment of a task force to develop methodologies for impact assessment, and experimental fundraising from non-traditional sources.There are appended a budget for implementing the strategy, and a revised terms of reference for PARC, which consisted of four center directors, the chairs of the CGIAR Finance and Oversight Committees, the chair of the Public Awareness Association, and the Executive Secretary of the CGIAR.
