Membership in the CGIAR : Draft Report

At the 2002 CGIAR Annual General Meeting (AGM02), the CGIAR Chairman, responding to comments by CGIAR members, undertook to request the Executive Council (ExCo) to draw up rules of procedure governing the future admission of new members. Draft rules of procedure were submitted for review and decision by the Group. This draft collates, clarifies and, where necessary, adds to or introduces provisions and practices governing the admission of new members to the CGIAR. It is part of the CGIAR Charter which is currently being written.This report was discussed at the Business Meeting during AGM 2003.
