Abstract/Description

A practical guide containing two complementary training components: (1) Community and Agricultural Value Chain Training, and (2) School-Based Leadership and Mentorship Training, together with a Six-Month Mentorship Framework. The package is designed as a participatory companion resource for strengthening gender transformative agency, equitable decision-making, economic empowerment, positive masculinity, mentorship, and inclusive participation in climate-resilient bean and insect value chains. It is intended to complement, rather than duplicate, the existing BRAINS Leadership, Advocacy and Couple-training Guide. The package can be adapted across BRAINS implementation countries and partner organizations, while allowing for contextualization to local needs and settings.
