Program Proposal for the International Fertilizer Development Center (IFDC): Preliminary Draft

Preliminary draft of the program proposed for the International Fertilizer Development Center (IFDC) which was established at facilities provided by the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) at Muscle Shoals, Alabama in October 1974 with support from USAID and IDRC. Includes background of IFDC, beginning with US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger's April 1974 address to the UN General Assembly.
