System Review Follow-Up: Terms of Reference and Composition of the Genetic Resources Policy Committee

Paper prepared at the request of the Consultative Council by Geoffrey Hawtin, the Director General of IPGRI, in consultation with the Genetic Resources Policy Committee (GRPC) and other stakeholders.
