Abstract/Description
This study aims to analyze consumer preferences in Fatick and Dakar with regard to dairy products. It is part of the activities of the Multifunctional Landscapes (MFL) project and the activities conducted in the Area of Work (AoW3) on the topic of agroecological markets and business models. These activities aim to design sustainable economic models through consumer profiling. One of the study's objectives is therefore to produce scientific knowledge to inform the strategy for reviving milk production and promotion in Fatick.
