Abstract/Description
At International Centers Week in October 1994, the CGIAR considered proposals for a new financial system intended to enhance the predictability and stability of the financial flows to the centers, ensure financing of the agreed research agenda, and increase the transparency and accountability of CGIAR finances. Documentation of this proposal was revised after ICW and presented, in its present form, to the Ministerial-Level Meeting at Lucerne, Switzerland in February 1995.
