Abstract/Description
Paper by TAC Chairman Alex McCalla proposing an expansion of the staff and structure of TAC to accommodate the addition to the CGIAR mandate of natural resource management, and forestry in particular. McCalla proposed four additional TAC members with expertise in forestry, agroforestry, and natural resource management, and one additional secretariat member.
