The MELIAF Interoperability Framework is a shared blueprint that links CGIAR business needs — such as reporting efficiency, stronger impact evidence, and donor alignment — to opportunities for greater standardization across MELIAF concepts, definitions, and tools. It is designed to make CGIAR’s evidence base more coherent, more reusable, and more cost effective, benefiting MELIAF practitioners, scientists and leaders across CGIAR.
