Abstract/Description

This Scoping Review aims to systematically map and synthesize existing research on the impacts of extreme heat and drought on animal and human health within SSA dairy production systems. It will identify the extent, nature, and distribution of current evidence; highlight gaps in knowledge; and assess how these impacts have been studied, thereby providing a structured foundation for a subsequent evidence synthesis through a Systematic Review and meta-analysis, as well as for informed policy development.
