Minutes of the Special Meeting of the Executive Committee - IBPGR

Letter to the members of the CGIAR from IBPGR Board Chairman W.J. Peacock intended to keep the Group abreast of developments. Peacock states that the board has decided to initiate a study on the future organizational arrangements for the IBPGR. This action was taken in the light of notification from the FAO that it wished to amend the headquarters agreement to require payment for the office space and services provided to the IBPGR in the past, and that it could not make additional space available. Minutes of an extraordinary meeting of the Executive Committee of IBPGR held in July 1988 are attached.
