Agreement to constitute the International Center for Living Aquatic Resources Management as an international organization was prepared on April 22, 1993 by Hon. Roberto Romulo, Secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Philippines, Hon. Zimani David Kadzamira, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary for the Republic of Malawi, Hon. Mogens Jensen, Minister Counsellor of Charge d'Affaires e.p. Royal Danish Embassy, and Hon. Hua Quoc Chinh, Charge d'Affaires Ad Interim, Embassy of Vietnam. Agreement is in English and contains six articles. Agreement is not signed.
