Memorandum of agreement between India and the Ford Foundation signed on March 28, 1972 for the purpose of the establishment of an International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics. Agreement signed by M. S. Swaminathan for ICAR, and L. D. Swindale for ICRISAT. Agreement is in English and contains six articles. Amendment No. 1 is also included to the agreement and signed on February 17, 1978.
