Global Governance and New Dimensions of Human Security

Sir John Crawford Memorial Lecture delivered by Shridath Ramphal, Co-Chair of the Commission on Global Governance, at CGIAR International Centers Week in October-November 1995. Sir Shridath set food security in the broader context of human security. He spoke of changes he believed to be needed in arrangements for the governance of the world, so that the security of people, including their food security, might be enhanced.
