Letter written by William Tossell, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of IPGRI to His Excellency the Ambassador G.L. Valenza, Permanent Representative of Italy to FAO and IFAD on February 9, 1993. Letter is a response to a letter dated February 8, 1993 from G.L. Valenza and includes modifications of the headquarters agreement dated October 10, 1991 to Articles IX, XI, XII.
