Abstract/Description
Vietnam has institutionalized climate services for agriculture through a nationwide scale-up plan that includes the Agro-Climatic Bulletin (ACB), led by the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment. Building on collaboration with the Alliance (2020–2025), the initiative integrates climate-informed advisories into public systems. Between 2023 and 2025, government investments, capacity building, and Human-Centered Design have supported—and will continue to do so through 2028—scaling and innovation, strengthening public ownership, and enabling climate-resilient agricultural decision-making, with a focus on rice, key fruits (e.g., durian, pomelo, mango, and jackfruit), and selected vegetables.
