Biotechnology in the International Agricultural Research Centers of the Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research: A Statement by Center Directors

Center directors' statement on the applications of modern biotechnology to IARC mandates, approved by the directors at their 38th meeting in Torgiano, Italy in March 1990. Among the issues addressed were training and technology transfer, inter center collaboration and networking, relations with the private sector, patents and intellectual property, biosafety, and information.
