IFPRI: Progress Report on Implementation of External Review Recommendations

Report by IFPRI on its implementation of the recommendations of its Second External Management Review and Second External Program Review, both carried out in 1990. The external reviews took place at the time of a management and governance crisis at the Institute. This update was prepared to inform the CGIAR of actions taken by IFPRI in the period between the date of the reviews and the discussion of the review reports at the CGIAR Mid Term Meeting in May 1991.
